The Patisserie

Pink Vanilla opened late summer 2010 @ 5 Clifton Street, Lytham opposite the lovely St Peters Church.
Offering our customers a wide range of wedding and celebration cake designs as well as a delicious selection of freshly made cakes & pastries. All our products are made from only the finest ingredients such as free range eggs, 100% butter and fine belgian chocolate.
All of our cakes are baked from scratch especially for you to purchase & enjoy at home, however you are more than welcome to stay and enjoy our cakes and our fair trade coffee in house.
Whole desserts, quiches etc can be ordered for home entertaining, please ask for a copy of our entertaining range.
Our selection of cupcakes changes daily and seasonally however we will usually have available the following flavours:
Pink Vanilla Raspberry or Pink Vanilla Strawberry
Double Chocolate
lemon Meringue
Black Forest
The patisserie also serves continental breakfast & light lunches daily as well as fair trade coffee all of which can be enjoyed within the patisserie or taken away.
